We require a registration form to be filled out and signed before agreeing to any services. This can be found at the bottom of the page.
We have a consultation with any new clients before agreeing to any walks/boarding. This is to see exactly what you and your dog’s requirements are. This will also give you an opportunity to meet Pet-A-Walker and ask any questions you may have face to face.
All new dogs will be subject to an initial assessment by Pet-A-Walker before using any of our services. Pet-A-Walker reserves the right to refuse any dog deemed to be or have the potential to be, dangerous or disruptive.
Before agreeing to any boarding services, we require your dog has a home visit with us at Pet-A-Walker. This is to ensure your pet has a better chance to settle while being boarded with us.
If a pet’s health causes concern or in the event of any accident, Pet-A-Walker will contact the owner immediately to obtain consent to seek medical attention. If required, we will obtain veterinary treatment at the client’s expense. In the event that we are unable to contact the client and the situation is deemed an emergency by Pet-A-Walker, we will proceed with veterinary advice/treatment at the client’s expense.
The Client consents to their dog being photographed, videotaped, and/or used in any media by Pet-A-Walker Services without prior approval.
Pet-A-Walker invoices monthly and said invoice is payable within 28 days of being sent out.
First time clients will be asked to settle any invoice for boarding services, 7 days in advance.
No variation of these Terms and Conditions will have effect unless confirmed by Pet-A-Walker services in writing.
